Power Trader / FTR Trader

• Track congestion, outages, and rule changes across our ISO/RTO footprint
• Build and run FTR and virtual trading strategies across auction horizons
• Size, hedge, and manage a live trading portfolio
• Own risk exposure — position limits, scenario testing, daily P&L attribution
• Work alongside risk, operations, and the rest of the desk to sharpen our process

• Degree in finance, economics, engineering, math, or a related field
• 5+ years trading FTRs or virtuals across North American ISOs/RTOs
• Fluency in nodal market mechanics — congestion, LMP, auctions
• A track record of disciplined, risk-adjusted returns

Houston preferred; open to remote for candidates with the right level of experience.
